  • Tynker 202: Game Effects and Rules - In this lesson, students will create fun games with special sound and visual effects, and will learn how to apply conditional statements to program location changes in a game. Due by the end of class.
  • Tynker Earth Science: Rock Cycle - In this lesson, students will play a multiple-choice quiz game to learn learn about the rock cycle. Next, students will follow a step-by-step tutorial in the DIY (do-it-yourself) module to create their own version of the quiz game they just played! Activities include customizing the background and Actors; using code blocks to ask the user a question about rock formations; adding facts about different types of rocks; and using code blocks to make Actors appear and disappear.
